Usage Rights: By purchasing any of our services, you grant Callida Bug LLC and its affiliates  the right to utilize the materials, content, and assets developed during the course of the engagement for the purpose of promoting your business. This includes, but is not limited to, case studies, testimonials, and portfolio showcases, content, marketing, products etc. as seen fit. Rest assured, any sensitive business information or confidential data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Customized Solutions: Our marketing strategies are designed to align with your business goals and needs. However, we retain the right to exercise professional judgment in shaping the strategies and selecting the most suitable marketing channels and tactics for your specific situation.

Ongoing Collaboration: The success of our marketing services often depends on collaborative efforts between our team and yours. Your active participation, timely feedback, and provision of necessary information play a vital role in achieving the desired outcomes.

Client’s Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to provide accurate and up-to-date images, graphics, URLs, and any other information required for the execution of marketing projects. This includes, but is not limited to, product images, company logos, website links, textual content, and promotional materials etc. The client must ensure that the provided materials are free from errors, omissions, and any misleading or deceptive elements.

Usage of Provided Information: Callida Bug LLC will utilize the information and materials provided by the client in accordance with the agreed-upon scope of work and project objectives. We will make reasonable efforts to use the provided content without additional editing, alterations, or modifications that affect the accuracy or intended message. However, at our discretion and in cases where adjustments are necessary for aesthetic or technical reasons, we reserve the right to make limited changes while preserving the essence and integrity of the content.

Accuracy and Legal Compliance: The client is responsible for ensuring that all provided materials, including images, graphics, URLs, and textual content, adhere to legal and ethical standards. This includes obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, and rights for any copyrighted or trademarked content. Callida Bug LLC assumes that the client has the necessary rights and permissions for the materials they provide.

Discretion of Callida Bug LLC: While we respect the client’s content and intent, Callida Bug LLC reserves the right to exercise professional discretion in cases where the provided materials may be inappropriate, violate our ethical guidelines, or contradict the agreed-upon project goals. In such instances, we will communicate with the client to address concerns and propose appropriate solutions.

Chargebacks

Understanding Chargebacks: A chargeback is a dispute initiated by a customer with their financial institution, which results in the reversal of a payment made to Callida Bug LLC. Chargebacks can occur for various reasons, such as unauthorized transactions, dissatisfaction with the product or service, or perceived issues with the transaction process.

Communication First: We believe that effective communication is key to resolving any concerns or issues that may arise. If you are dissatisfied with a product or service provided by Callida Bug LLC, we encourage you to reach out to our customer support team first. We are committed to addressing your concerns and finding a satisfactory solution whenever possible. In the previous statement, once services are initiated are considered non-refundable. We, Callida Bug LLC, have the right to our discretion in any situation. 

Our Commitment to Resolution: If you encounter a problem or have a dispute, we are dedicated to working with you to reach a resolution that is fair and mutually beneficial. Our customer support team will thoroughly investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to address your concerns.

Refund and Return Policies: We have established refund and return policies that outline the terms under which refunds may be granted in select circumstances at the discretion of Callida Bug LLC and its affiliates. These policies are designed to ensure consistency and fairness in handling such matters. 

Chargeback Avoidance: In the interest of maintaining open channels of communication and resolving issues amicably, we strongly discourage customers from initiating chargebacks before seeking resolution directly through our customer support channels. Chargebacks can result in added administrative costs and may negatively impact our business relationship.

Chargeback Disputes: If a chargeback is initiated despite our efforts to address your concerns, we reserve the right to challenge the chargeback by providing evidence of the transaction and any relevant communications. We will work within the guidelines provided by the financial institutions to present our case.

Impact on Future Transactions: Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter through communication may affect your ability to engage in future transactions with Callida Bug LLC and its affiliates. Chargebacks can result in account restrictions or even suspension from our services.

By choosing to engage with Callida Bug LLC, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this chargeback policy. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Marketplace Vendor Responsibilities:

Set up and Take Down Vendor Displays: Vendors are responsible for setting up their booths in a professional and attractive manner before the marketplace opens for business. Similarly, they must efficiently dismantle their displays at the end of each trading day.

Inventory Management: Vendors are expected to keep accurate records of their inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and ensure a diverse selection of products to meet customer demand.

Take Payment: Vendors must be equipped to accept various forms of payment, providing customers with a convenient and seamless checkout experience.

Market / Track Customer Base: Vendors are encouraged to actively promote their participation in the marketplace and track customer interactions to gain insights into customer preferences and market trends.

Keep Vendor Area Safe and Clean: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized booth space is crucial for ensuring a positive shopping environment and enhancing the overall marketplace experience.

Staffing: Vendors may opt to have sufficient staffing during peak hours to ensure excellent customer service and manage booth operations effectively.

Valid Payment for Space: Vendors are required to make valid and timely payments for their booth spaces, adhering to the marketplace’s terms and conditions.

Financial Records: Vendors should maintain accurate financial records, including sales, expenses, and taxes, to facilitate smooth financial management and compliance.

Agreement

By proceeding with the purchase of any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclosure statement.
