Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of vendor activities, including but not limited to scheduling, communication, and ensuring vendor compliance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained to create a safe and welcoming environment for employees, vendors, and customers.
- Perform routine inspections to identify any maintenance or repair needs and coordinate with appropriate personnel to address issues promptly.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service by providing assistance to visitors, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss facility-related updates, brainstorm solutions, and contribute to the development of process improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in facility operations, vendor interactions, and customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to vendor activities, facility maintenance, and customer interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of necessary supplies, ensuring that the facility is well-equipped to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive and cohesive team culture, fostering an environment of mutual respect, open communication, and collaboration.
